My partner and I, along with our little dog, have been living at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay for over two years now. We love how friendly and kind our neighbors are, and of course how helpful, kind, and amazing the management staff is! We've only ever had a handful of maintenance-worthy issues and they have always been resolved as soon as possible and with great communication. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here since November 2020. I moved from Reno,NV and the transition was excellent, seamless. Office management was responsive, attentive to every last detail. Service and maintenance is excellent as well- timely response. I love my apartment at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. I've lived her 2+ years. The management and maintenance staff are great and respond immediately to issues. The underground parking is great for the winter months. I looked at a lot of apartments before I found this one and it is definitely high quality. I would recommend Paragon Place at Bishops Bay if you are looking.

It's hard to imagine better apartment living than Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. We moved in when phase 3 was completed in 2017 and have enjoyed every minute. The building is well constructed and maintained, the staff is responsive and friendly and the amenities are more than adequate. Whenever I see our manager showing prospective tenants around, I comment what a wonderful place this is. One last thing- the views of the adjacent park and distant Conservancy are outstanding.

Inviting, dog friendly, and exceptional place to live. The whole staff was very responsive to our needs, and went out of their way to help us feel welcome during our time in the Bishops Bay community. Really enjoyed the walking trails all around the facility, and great access to Pheasant Branch Conservancy.
