This is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here since November 2020. I moved from Reno,NV and the transition was excellent, seamless. Office management was responsive, attentive to every last detail. Service and maintenance is excellent as well- timely response. I love my apartment at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. I've lived her 2+ years. The management and maintenance staff are great and respond immediately to issues. The underground parking is great for the winter months. I looked at a lot of apartments before I found this one and it is definitely high quality. It's hard to imagine better apartment living than Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. We moved in when phase 3 was completed in 2017 and have enjoyed every minute. The building is well constructed and maintained, the staff is responsive and friendly and the amenities are more than adequate. Whenever I see our manager showing prospective tenants around, I comment what a wonderful place this is. One last thing- the views of the adjacent park and distant Conservancy are outstanding.

Inviting, dog friendly, and exceptional place to live.
